Hi I am Jennie,

A little about me.

I kept noticing the same thing over and over: women who had been through something genuinely hard showing up and being told they were anxious, or depressed, or that they needed more sleep and more self-care.

And sure, maybe. But that wasn't the whole picture.

What I kept seeing were women having completely normal reactions to abnormal experiences. A birth that turned terrifying without warning. A loss that nobody knew how to talk about. Years of fertility treatments and all the grief that comes with them. NICU stays where they handed you a baby and sent you home to figure it out.

These are not small things. And most of the time, nobody was calling them what they were.

So that's what I do now. I work with women who've been through birth trauma, pregnancy loss, infertility, TFMR, NICU stays, and the kind of reproductive grief that doesn't get talked about at baby showers. Women who can't stop replaying what happened. Women who feel disconnected from their baby, their body, or themselves. Women who feel like they should be over it by now and can't figure out why they're not.

You are not behind. You are not broken. You had a hard experience and your brain and body are doing exactly what they're built to do. What you need is not more time. What y

You don't have to have the right words. You just have to be willing to show up.

I'll meet you there.

How I work

I'm a licensed clinical social worker with specialized training in trauma treatment. What that means practically is that we don't just talk about what happened. We work with what's happening in your body and your nervous system, not only what's in your head.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

One of the most well-researched trauma therapies available. Uses bilateral stimulation to help your brain reprocess stuck memories so they stop feeling like a current threat.

IFS (Internal Family Systems / Parts Work)

Helps you understand the parts of yourself that are stuck in fear, in conflict, or running old protective patterns that used to make sense but don't anymore.

Somatic Approaches

Trauma lives in the body, not just the mind. We pay close attention to what your nervous system is telling us and work with what we find there directly.

We move at your pace. I trust you to know what you're ready for.

My Values as

Your Therapist

1. You Are Believed Here

;
I will never minimize what you went through or suggest you should be over it by now. What happened to you was real, it affected you deeply, and that is exactly where we start.

2. Honesty Over Comfory

I will tell you the truth, even when it's uncomfortable. Not to push you, but because you deserve a therapist who respects you enough to say the hard thing when it matters.

3. Your Pace, Always

I will never rush you toward healing on a timeline that isn't yours. We go as deep as you're ready to go, and we stay there as long as we need to. There is no behind in this work.

4. The Whole Story Is Welcom

I will hold space for the complicated parts, the guilt, the anger, the grief that doesn't make sense, the feelings you've never said out loud. Nothing you bring into this room will be too much.

5. Real Change Is the Goal

I am not interested in helping you cope better with something that deserves to actually heal. We are here to do the work that creates lasting change, not just get you through another week.

I

Are you ready to Start your Journey?

I've spent over a decade doing this work, with specialized training in EMDR, perinatal mental health, attachment, and trauma-focused approaches. I know how to go to the hard places without rushing you. I know how to hold space for grief that doesn't make sense to anyone else. I know what it takes to help your body feel safe again.

If you're ready to stop managing and start healing, I'd love to talk.
